Dr. Humaira Syed is a triple board-certified ankle and foot surgeon, certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery.

A Northern New Jersey native, she earned her degree in Mathematics and Psychology, rich in chemical biology, from New York University and her doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her medical and surgical training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where she served as Chief Resident.

Since 2007, Dr. Syed has served Northern New Jersey as a respected physician, lecturer, shareholder partner at Meta Surgical Associate LLC, and staff member with privileges at Kindred Hospital. She is an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society.

She provides comprehensive podiatric care for pediatric and adult patients, with special interests in bunion and hammertoe surgery, diabetic wounds, tendon injuries, flatfoot correction, arthritis, heel pain, and foot and ankle fractures. At Reds Ankle and Foot Associates, serving Wayne, Fort Lee, and surrounding areas, she is committed to delivering personalized care using the latest treatments and technologies.
